About us
Behaviour Support 4 Kids
Behaviour Support 4 Kids is a registered NDIS provider of Specialist Behavioural Support services, established by Emma Zarcinas, a registered social worker with over 20 years of experience both as a Social Worker and Teacher.

Emma has experience working both in Adelaide and the United Kingdom within many fields of Social Work including Disability, Muti-professional Disability teams within hospital settings and Aged Care. She has also worked extensively in Supervisory roles within the Child Protection field.

Emma also has many years of experience working with children in an Educational setting as a Junior Primary Teacher. Here Emma continues to work with children with special needs, particularly Autism, ADHD and trauma-related disorders, as well as working with the Leadership team on school wellbeing and the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support in schools.

Emma was inspired to form Behaviour Support 4 Kids to address the significant waitlists for service in Adelaide which left many families in critical need of support and reinforced vulnerability. Emma is passionate about building both families, schools and the communities’ capacity to provide best practice approaches and to support children in achieving the goals that mean the most to them.
